Who completes each step?

From data to expert insight
Your documents are reviewed together
Financial statements, declarations and relationship-specific requirements are considered together. A GRC specialist reviews inconsistencies and information gaps, requesting clarification or new documents where needed.

Next steps
Your report is ready. What next?
A–B
Review the service-specific working terms in the report. Your company makes the commercial decision and continues monitoring.
C
Read the findings that limit the class and the proposed conditions. Consider actions on payment terms, limits, collateral or operational readiness.
D
Review why the relationship is not recommended under current conditions. Request reassessment with new documents once findings have been addressed.
Incomplete due to missing information
Complete the listed information and documents, then request a revision. Unknowns are not guessed and a class is not forced when critical information is missing.
A class is not an accept/reject instruction or a probability of default. Read it with information sufficiency and the assessment areas. Review within a year; for higher-risk customers, use quarterly financials and a current commercial Findeks report. Do not wait for the annual review if significant new information emerges.

Which question does the report help answer?
These scenarios are fictional, not real customer cases, calculated scores or claims of achieved results.
Trade credit
- Need
- A customer requests a new open-account limit.
- Illustrative finding
- Statements show positive equity, but current receivables ageing is missing.
- Next step
- The specialist requests the missing document; your company sets terms and limits using the assessment and reported conditions.
Dealer onboarding
- Need
- A new dealer plans its initial order and stock investment.
- Illustrative finding
- Funding is declared; evidence for the stock and regional sales plans is incomplete.
- Next step
- The dealer provides documents. The specialist reviews funding and operational readiness together and reports proposed starting terms.
Franchise investment
- Need
- A candidate submits an investment budget and operator experience.
- Illustrative finding
- An investment amount is stated, but funding evidence and a working-capital plan are missing.
- Next step
- Gaps are disclosed. If a critical area cannot be assessed, an incomplete status is reported instead of a class; new documents support revision.
Supplier selection
- Need
- A procurement team wants to assess a new Turkish supplier.
- Illustrative finding
- Financial statements are supplied; capacity and quality documentation needs scope checks.
- Next step
- The specialist reviews dates and relevance, then reports financial strength, continuity and other findings within the agreed scope.
Understand the scope
How do Findeks, financial analysis and RiskOpto differ?
Commercial Findeks report
Focuses on credit limits, debt and payment information. It can be a source document for RiskOpto, which does not replace that database.
Financial statement analysis
Focuses on balance sheets, income statements and ratios. Accounting records and comparable periods matter; this alone does not cover all operational and commercial conditions.
RiskOpto assessment
Brings supplied financial and other evidence together with relationship-specific requirements and TCMB comparisons where data permit. Specialist review explains findings and next steps.
Data and trust
Understand how your documents are processed
Access and sharing
Human review of source documents is performed by authorised GRC specialists. The requesting company sees the approved report; raw documents supplied by the assessed company are not shared with it.
AI and specialist review
Documents may undergo AI-assisted pre-review. A specialist examines findings and a separate approver checks the report. Processing and transfer details are explained in the panel privacy notice.
Retention and deletion requests
Read the current privacy notice for purposes, retention and your rights. Submit requests, including deletion, through the data-controller contact channel stated there; a deletion request does not mean automatic, immediate erasure.
